Xx Hellooooo and good morning Joyce hope your sleeping well 😴 xx I did good dropped off about 9.30ish an slept till 5 this morning I too a magnesium pill so it must have helped xx did you get a walk yesterday??  Hope it eased your back try having a heat wrapped round your back when your just sitting watching the TV it eases mine off when it starts think the heat helps xxx my brother been on his holidays but he back home now so he be popping in soon xx looks like the wind has settled down s little bit...just glad nothing was damaged only my door bell flew off but I found it in my flower pot lolol xxx
