splashed---It is going to be another hot one today--I slept in until after 9 this morning(was awake at 3 but took a pills and went back to sleep. I never let Sagwa have a lot of these milk products(as I have read they are really not good for them) but he is such a begger that it is simpler to just give in at the start. I will shut us all in shortly--have the nurse at sometime today and seen as I cooked extra last night will see if I can make up some ahead meals for the freezer. Hope the day goes smoothly for you without a lot of problems.

Hi Michele..sunny day here and not to warm, yet any way.  Glad you have a fresher day makes it much more pleasant.  Knee was sore when I got up which worried me but it seems to have eased a bit again.  I am fed up already of not being able to move about.  Being confined to the house is driving me nuts to.  I am supposed to be meeting the girls this weekend for a shopping day.  Bit it looks like I wont be able to manage that now.  :(  Oh well hopefully I will turn a corner soon.  How lovely meeting up with an old colleague.  I am sure you will have plenty to catch up on.  How are you doing these days?  Feeling a bit better I hope.  Is today your weigh day?  Good luck with that am sure you don't need it but I am sending it anyway.  Have a great day xxx
