Hi Cliff, good evening. Thanks. Started physiotherapy today after work. Long time to get disks fixed. I;m just leaving mine the way they are, just hope they don;t bulge anymore or more will come as I age. Snowed to after the heavy cold rain, just a few cm;s. I put my winter tires just this passed long weekend.. Work was busy, I have no pain working only when I stop for breakes and lunch. Please take care. Be well.
