Late night. I need to crash as I need to be up by 630am to wait for appliance delivery at my nephew's place. Now we are trying to get someone to his place to fix the walls after the flooding we had. He lost everything and I live 1 mile away, and only had a few dribbles of water. He had over 4' of water in his basement. He lost everything there from furnace to washer dryer, and his entire tool collection
