Bought tires and new rims to be installed in Oliver B.C booked an appointment for them to be installed. Drove an hour to the store only to be told after we walked to town to have lunch through a phone call we can’t do it, we don’t have the tires you need! Well walked all the way back to the store got our money back and won’t buy from them ever again . You would think they would check to see if they were in stock before we drove down then switch backs in the snow from our home another hour to Oliver. NO! You POS company can’t you look at your bookings and tell us beforehand. So they said nothing to us not sorry should have a different system to coordinate with online bookings. What is wrong with customer service a Canadian company. We have been screwed enough with high prices and you can’t get your crap together! No more Canadian for us. We picked a day that wasn’t snowing to get this done if you are wondering. 🤔 thanks for nothing.
