Seemingly I'm not set up for the frog to come  can someone help  i have 100 tadpole 100 froglets and 99 frogs. I've spotted  44 tadpoles 53froglets and 33 frogs ,land frogs I've spotted are 30 and attracted 18 can I go on land to get a frog?

You also attracted one ghostly frog in your garden, so in total these are 100 frogs which is the same number as tadpoles and froglets. That's why you are not due any underwater frogs right now.

I can see that you have attracted 30 land frogs. Based on the numbers you posted above you have to spot at least two more underwater frogs in other gardens, then you can attracted 5 more land frogs and the 35th will lay frogspawn. If you have spotted ghostly frogs in other gardens, they count too.

Thanks for helping  I've not spotted any GF so I'll have to get spotting frogs I guess. This is my 4th attempt at trying for my starfish to finish bottom dwellers I only need 1 more and now these blasted frogs have spoiled it  I'm so done with this hahha

My advice would be to always keep on eye on the tadpoles to have enough for the next round of frog breeding.
Usually, I either used one full plate of frogspawn to attract tadpoles or when the number of bottom dwellers was reached what I needed then I removed the dulcia to attract more tadpoles.
