Is there a difference between the two ? On PC I have an option to play 'autumm festival' , but not on the tablet

Are you logged onto another game?   Fairyland doesn't have an "autumn festival"

No other game, but I play in Dutch and just translated the heading (herfstfestival)
The are other differences as well. Like the TV icons on the play field. They dont work on the PC, but do work on the tablet

We don't have TV icons either!  Which game are you playing?  It doesn't sound like Fairyland at all - there are no differences between playing on a tablet and on a PC

Must be a different game for sure not only that Willy you don’t have a feeding table with food on it in your garden for any wildlife to visit. If you need some help on how to play there are some helpful guides in the forum as well as if you good Freedom fairies united and they have a wildlife guides that tell how to attract each of the wildlife including what each level up flower attracts. Hope this helps you!
