Oh my goodness, I haven't done Macrame for years! A friend of my mum's taught me and were made hanging plant pot holders, they were quite good if I remember rightly 😂😂 Dad's muffins aren't to everyone's taste! He's diabetic and in final stage of Renal Failure and (when we can!!!) we try and get him to follow the low potassium diet he was advised to do. (His argument is that at 77 he'll eat what he bloody well likes and not eat the bland crap expected of him with portions not big enough to sustain a five year old child!!). The muffins are low sugar and the consistency is rather like bread pudding. Dad and I like them, mum and Luke don't 😂 I try to think of different variations for him and have done Raspberry, Coffee and Walnut and Lemon. I'm thinking maybe Apple and Cinnamon at some point xx
