Good morning Cheryl, sorry to hear about the trees, I don't have luck down here growing anything because of our heat and humidity....even plants that take full sun.  Glad you found out the problem and can fix it before re-planting.  I have most pictures in albums too but some stored away....not family pictures mostly scenery.  Hope you have a good day and you do what you need to do.   🥰☀️

The rains were amazing, but, the winds are back!  I really think the solar flares cause windy days.
We haven't been able to find and Cherokee Purples either 🙁🙁. I don't know anything about the Cherokee Carbon but I hope they do well for you.
Yes, it has grown exponentially here over the same period!  There are building apartments everywhere!  It is crazy and we aren't liking it much.  I keep thinking it will slow down soon.

Hi, Cheryl.  I so understand about travel & pets!  When I was a kid, the dog always travelled to Grandma's house, but the cat had to have someone take care of him.  Same with us.  Although, we usually boarded the dog.  We don't have any little furries anymore, so we can pick up and go whenever we want to.    I really wanted to see Sun Valley since my dad did his hospitalization there towards the end of the war.  The library in Ketchum showed me some resort "newspapers" that told the story about how that came to be.  It was so facinating even though my dad didn't have fond memories of the place.  He was pretty sick: malnutrition & possibly disintery.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE..
A lovely sunny day to begin the new week... So happy my Airforce son found a a cute  home to rent when he goes to Ottawa from Nova Scotia. He and his wee cat Tilly should be very comfortable there and within walking distance to H.Q, The Park and the Mall. He moves on the 15 th July. and will be just a 2 hour drive from me. Yea.. more visits hopefully.

Morning Cheryl..... WOW..... that was quite the undertaking getting your garden as you wanted. Glad it worked out eventually... When I moved to Sydbury we built a new deck plus a new fence to keep our two dogs safe and other critters out. No luck with the Raccoons, Squirrels or Chipmunks though as they all climb anything. The garden already had 3 trees and 2 shrubs so I just kept adding to them  each Spring. I miss the garden with it's wild and tame flowers and herb garden but beyond what I can do  so apartment living is the answer now... Take care and enjoy your garden when my sunshine arrives to you.
