Good morning Linda. A dry start to the day here but rain forecast for later on. When is it ever going to stop? I’ve no plans to go out, no washing or ironing to do. I won’t know what to do with myself! We had a charity bag posted through the day, the other day, the first one for months. We used to get them regularly but then they stopped. I’ll make a start filling it as the collection is tomorrow. That shouldn’t take long, then again there’s plenty of stuff in my wardrobe that I’ve been hanging to, why I don’t know. I’ll never wear them again! My memories of Christmas when my 3 were young are of a hectic but enjoyable day. Visiting my parents with all my siblings with their families there…I didn’t want to leave. Then on to Steve’s Auntie and Uncles pub, where there was another lot of presents to open. Finally arriving at Steve’s mums , where we’d have Christmas lunch . His brother and his wife and daughter would be there as well. We had lunch there as his dad was still away in the navy. We’d have a lovely time and would spend the night there, going home on Boxing Day exhausted. The kids always did very well 😂 So different now, we never go anywhere Christmas Day. Morning its raining out there see knew it will get wet getting back!!
roadworks are always same this time of year so they can avoid holiday time bloody stupid!!
well did get a bit of a lay in so that was ok will head out in a bit coffee coffee & more coffee lol
