Good evening Sue I hope you have had a good day with some dry weather.  It poured here yesterday most of the day, I had a very wet dry to Milton Keynes and back but I did have a lovely shop, it has been a while since I took a drive there. I got David an England Shirt and a pair of Levis, I even treated myself to a few bits and pieces from M&S.  It was his birthday yesterday so I didn't get in to play, his girlfriend was round so he opened his cards and pressies after dinner and we watched some television together.  Pippin and I had a dry walk today, there were a few showers on and off but nothing like yesterday.  I had to take the car back to the garage today and they changed the rear wiper at no cost to me as they broke the last one.  I hope Maggie has been able to enjoy her table today, sleep well. It's been dry but windy here hope they've got it right that it will warm up soon !
I went for brunch with my friend this morning,good to catch up and yummy food. I called into the garden centre afterwards and got a few bargain plants so put them in this afternoon.
