That's why I'm still working. I can't afford not to work. I sometimes make soup with Better than Bullion & frozen vegetables. That's not expensive. I also eat packets of hickory smoked tuna with a few crackers. And I use the packets of chicken with vegetables & Minute rice (brown & wild and just brown. Usually. Tomorrow night is our company dinner. I'm having shrimp & scallops romano. We get 3 alcohol tickets, but I drink just 1 drink, then coffee. Thursday we're having a Mediterranean lunch. It sounds so good!
