Good you got a new hoover for your Christmas present , I do that buy myself something for Christmas usually for the house , Jan said the throw was an early Christmas present I am so grateful . Might get back to writing some more of my Christmas cards today , don’t think it’s going to be a very nice day weather man says rain again . I'm please you and Pippin had a walk in the sunshine. We didn't see the sun yesterday, but at least it stayed dry. We've got more rain on the way for today and it's going to be very windy, force 5. I might watch a Christmas film over the weekend, now you gave me the idea! I managed to get a wren to nest. Now I've got to spot 5 bush larks for an egg ..

a quiet evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Marguerite! Dresden appreciates the snuggles, and so sends more snuggles to you, and to Pippin. I'm sending Pippin lots of ear rubs. happy to hear you had a fairly restful day, and that you were able to get a walk with Pippin. it's chilly here at -4C, and we're expecting snow all day tomorrow. I managed to get my lawn chairs put in the garage for the season, and changed the little garden flag by the front porch. laundry (one load) and a quiet day. after dinner had a lovely long phone conversation with an old friend. looking forward to a good night's sleep. take care, and keep warm. hugs! xxx 🍂❤️
