a sunny evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Marguerite! a chaffinch spotted; thanks! we had rain this morning, too, but it seems to have just made it muggy. and, it's 28C, which is cooler than it has been, but not cool enough (for me). glad to hear your garden is happy. ha! the *weeds* in my garden are happy; I just can't seem to find the energy this summer to get out there. today has been quiet, and I had a much needed excellent nap. (I did not sleep well last night.) the kitty boys seem to have enjoyed the quiet day, and they send lots of snuggles to you, and to Pippin. I'm sending Pippin many many ear rubs.
