Hi Marguerite. Yes Eilish had a bad infection so the acute nursing team where with her for 4 days. She has made a good recovery. Church gate collection tonight after mass and masses tomorrow so need to wrap up as it is very cold. Hope the rain stays away. Counted lots of coin boxes last night and today . £1,135   Wil be counting tonight and tomorrow too But Anne will be here to help this time . Post office opens Sunday at Spar so can lodge it tomorrow. Already lodged some today , Had planned to get the tree and decorations out of the garage but will leave it till Monday . Have a good and hopefully restful evening x

Good morning Marguerite.  Pleased you had a spell of sunshine yesterday - it was lovely here but a bit crisp.  Malc managed to put up some of the outdoor lights after he did our weekly shop.  We are both making progress with the bug.  Malc seems to be doing better than me but I am confident it will pass soon.  I am almost done with my Christmas shopping but have some jobs to do - writing cards, decorating my tree.  the latter I hope to get done today.  Thank you for Bonnie's cuddles and we return them in abundance for Pippin.  Look after yourself, keep warm & be safe.  Love, hugs & blessings for you all.  ☂️🌈🤗🤗🐾🐾💕

Gσσԃ Mσɾɳιɳɠ Marguerite,  Well, I was going to answer you last night, but my meds kicked in early for a change, and I fell asleep. That is a lovely picture of you and Pippin. There was a deluge last night so hard I thought it was hailstones, it was hitting my lounge window that hard. Still, I think I prefer it to snow. I have to make an appointment next week to have a shingles jab. I'm not bothered about needles, but the thought of going out sends me straight for my inhaler, as I have a panic attack. No rhyme or reason for it, I just hate going out on my own. My buggy came back, so it's had a full service £440.00 in total ( I've had new batteries). still. it's an expense I could have done without before the holidays. I've got most of my gifts. So, I'll have to get my head around wrapping them. Sending, love and hugz, G-d bless sweetheart xxx
