Blue sweet tooth thanks John. Not quite there yet still feeling a bit weak. Quite warm here I’ve done my ironing this morning took me two attempt but I did it . Might take a walk down to the greenhouse next and hope I stay upright . Then I think I’ll read another chapter of my book. You take care don’t be doing too much in this heat xx
