I thought I was having a nervous breakdown,,lol ..maybe I did lol…the carpets were meant to get fitted on Thursday .the stair landing and a bedroom carpets were all lifted .on the Wednesday.,,  then we got a phone call on Wednesday afternoon to say .there was a flaw on the carpet …I honestly thought they were kidding ..I was saying I wanted our money back …after I had calmed down ..my husband and grandson went to the shop ..they showed them the flaw .. I still have my doubts …anyway they said they would give us the fitting for free ..and we had to lift the stair grippers as they would have taken our feet off ,if we had left them on..there bringing new ones …it’s been so much work …I had new lights and sockets put in ..now everything is everywhere …had to leave some of the work ..there now getting fitted this Wednesday…..won’t hold my breath …lol.
