Hope you are not so busy with work right now, and life is an easier slower pace,  Lamb is a fav meat of mine , just enjoy that taste. I have been busy Dad needs to do his Blood pressures helping him sort that , I have been busy had the  Shingles Vaccination my arm has been so sore, we have  had 2 days here of lovely spring like weather not Autumn, I have been in my garden getting the  tender plants inside, before we get Frosts, do you have frosty weather ? It’s my fav weather I love Snow, Iam about  to go shopping ,need some veg for soup making, you take care enjoy your evening ,Brenda 😊
