Morning Jen good sleep here suns out again said it might reach 22 deg today I. Not to happy in the heat always makes me feel sickly so I guess I’ll find a cool Corner in tge house . Hello Jennifer, TY for sending me the photo of the pond. I am still not sure what the base is? Concrete or heavy duty plastic liner. I had a pond in Jamieson. It was there when I purchased the house. It was lined with heavy duty plastic although that started to leak and I was always topping the water up. I kept goldfish in there for some time until the birds decided to take up fishing. I have the perfect place to establish a pond here at Rye. It even has a wooden walkway going over it. The previous owners stopped using it as a pond as they had small grandchildren and were frightened that it might be a drowning hazard. It would be the perfect place for me to establish a Fairy Village with a pond. Enjoy your new day!
