Hello Janet. I see fairyland is still glitching with profile/fairy pictures. We had a storm last night that brought a lot of snow. The first few snowstorms are pretty but this early in the season will get old real quick. It was 28 degrees this morning when I took Penny out. I had to go out and shovel her a path in the snow. Larry was at camp so I had to do everything myself this morning. I get up first and take care of piper…she’s in a pen so that gives me a bit more freedom. I feed her then take Penny out. When we come in I feed Penny and then I clean up pee pads in the pen and put down new. She does really well and doesn’t make a mess but if I don’t get to the poop quickly she will eat it😬😬😩😩. I’m giving her pumpkin, probiotics and putting a little bit of pineapple juice on her food and I think it’s helping a bit. Seems like she’s loosing interest. I’ve learned that this isn’t the right time of year to get a puppy. I will start to transition her as she gets bigger and has a better understanding. I will gradually move the pad closer to the door until we are outside. Worked great with Penny but it was also nice weather and Penny was a bigger puppy. Piper is tiny and nothing fits her. I keep reminding myself that it will all be fine, just going to take a bit longer than it did with Penny because of the weather. I put a new pad down at bedtime and it’s usually dry in the morning so she can hold it for a long time so that’s encouraging. I hope you had a nice Thanksgiving. We went to Adam’s sisters house. She has us for Easter and Thanksgiving every year. Enjoy the rest of your weekend 💜

I've made a half hearted attempt to do some parcel wrapping. Gosh I'd forgotten how much I dislike it! I've also got a pile of Christmas cards here that I need to write, I probably should put them where I can't see them, they're making me depressed. lol

HI Janet, I'm sorry the back/hip is bad, you'll have to be like me and take it easy for a few days. I'm much better and will take the last of the antibiotics today. I even had a reasonable sleep last night and only woke twice with the cough, which is great.

I saw Daryn this morning, he was pleased I'd taken the parcel in and said they weren't supposed to deliver it until today. I told him it's no problem and I'm sure he'd do the same for me.

He was telling me he was going to have a wood burner put in his lounge and the electric fire that Bill had in the place he wants to use has been removed. Apparently there's a problem as they found a flu behind it which must have been for a previous fire as electric ones don't need a flu. I phoned Mike [Bill's son] and asked if he remembered what had been there before Bill and he and Carole think it was a gas fire. I don't suppose they can use the same flu with a gas fire and a wood burner. Daryn didn't know what they were going to do about it.
