Morning splash---Off to try and get a wash done as done think I will be as mobile after tomorrow(if they get the machine,I have had trouble before getting one of those and they delay until I really don't need it) I hope you kitchen clean goes well and stop when it starts to cause some pain or discomfort. I know its nice to look at a nice clean kitchen but it is no good if your crippled up and in pain. A sort of blah looking morning here but that could change in a hurry, Have a good morning.

Been QD’s once,, only coz Greggs is only takeaway,,,, only had tea and a large Bakewell,,, I sometimes go into the cafe on the high street,,, food is good,,,, xxx
