Honey Blossom Flower

I just put out my first hive this morning and I have a flower in inventory that I earned awhile back. Is it a good idea to plant the honey blossom in a pot right away or wait until I have a empty hive pot?

You can't plant it until you've completed a hive and harvested it to make the pot.

It looks as if you haven't done any bees before, so you need to get your pot filled with honey by the red bees, then you can harvest it to plant up the honeyblossom. It will attract more red bees, but it will also occasionally attract orange ones.

Hi Tracey, is there a forum page for each step of the bees? I didn’t make it through to the rainbow last year.......so I’m trying to pick up where I left off. Not sure if I’m doing it correctly. Can you help?

Also, when I went through the bees, I made sure to make my hives to prepare for the rainbow queen and honey badgers. Save these hives in your storage to use later!

And I would strongly recommend not using a mushroom. I’ve been hunting seeds lately and I kept getting dragons. I love the supershrooms seeds but this us one of the many setups where a mushroom isn’t needed. :)

Yes, don't forget the frog deterrent! However, I always use a supershroom with bees as I don't like wasting my Honey Blossom ( which only lasts 24 hours) nor my berries on mice or anything else! Shroom seeds are available all year round, whereas Honey Blossom seeds are far easier during the season.
