when I first played Fairyland over 8 years ago, I had more time then, I wrote a fun poem for every critter I caught. Of course, I gave up when the game started producing so many critters, couldn't keep up in terms of time. I was wondering if there is a place somewhere in Fairyland where I could publish/leave all the poems that I did write....you know like the Text Pictures..........
I read some now, my final poem was for the golden unicorn, I smiled and felt quite nostalgic about the early days, who would have thought you would feel like that about a computer game, so great is this game...I even felt like drawing all the creatures with the poem next to them and publishing it....silly thought!!!
anyhow just investigating ...here is my final poem that I wrote
Golden Unicorn…by Michele and Snilloc
Snilloc was quietly sprinkling in your faerie garden
When she heard someone say “I beg your pardon”
She turned and looked into a blinding shimmer
Wearing a coat magically shining a golden glimmer
Stood and reared a creature that she had been told
Was seldom seen, magnificent, majestic, and bold
A Golden Unicorn with mane as dark as night
How privileged she felt to gaze upon this sight
She whispered in his ear, her face in his wild mane
Then he bent his head and gently did the same
I have a gift for you he said rearing up once more
A treasure chest of zodiac gems & diamonds galore
For me!!! Gasped Snilloc clutching the chest tight
Thank you Golden Unicorn in the magic golden light
Lifting his sharp and grey Unicorn he offered her a ride
Snilloc fluttered her wings flying proudly by his side
