Mine is...I just planted my Red chameleana plant in a citrine birthstone just as the Scorpio zodiac plants have been released. Doh.

That's a nice easy one to correct though, Missy, as it's only a red flower so you can remove it and replant it without losing any progress :)

I'm always doing stupid things but the one which really sticks in my mind was when I was harvesting Ventus plants to level up many years back.  They took forever to become RTH, but you can't change the direction until they are fully grown.  And as I clicked Harvest on the final one I needed to level up, I realised I hadn't changed the direction to the one I was missing.  I held my mouse button down for ages with my heart in my throat, knowing that there was nothing I could do, that as soon as I released my mouse button my plant would be gone, and I was going to have to grow it again to level up.

I've done all sorts of daft things though.  I'm always putting out scarecrows, fly traps, festive trees and things - which can't be watered - but forgetting to put a plant to water as well. 

My most recent made me feel a little newbie. I was  to finally be able to attract the land frog I needed and after copious research, I got everything prepped, including the fully grown underwater seed. Can you tell what happened? Yep, Mermaid took the feed and sent me underwater with no spawn! Groans all round, palm to forehead. Waste of yet another seed... ^_^

I accidentally removed my final aureus plant three days before it was going to be RFH. Wasted more than three weeks.

Oh Claire, I bet the air was blue!

I accidently removed my one and only completed Venus flytrap.... had to wait more than a half year until they came out again, just to start from scratch...

* harvested, not removed - but the effect was the same, only that I saved some rainforest ;)

I accidentally harvested a newly completed scarecrow instead of sending it to storage. I nearly did it again this year. My eyes just refused to see "Send to Storage"

I discarded a limited edition pot -- one of the ones from the now defunct limited edition section of the the pot shoppe.  I was horrified!
