I'm having an issue with my storage! I just put my witch with cat into storage ~ when I looked back in to decide whether I'd changed my mind She was gone! I know that I didn't discard her and I want her back!
When I began putting out Halloween pots, I was puzzled as to where my "Pumpkin pots"were? I know last year that I had gotten all but the stump! I don't know if anything can be done, but it is very upsetting. :o(

Your garden news shows that you harvested a scarecrow just over two hours ago. It looks like you did actually discard your witch by mistake, I'm afraid.

There was a Stick in my garden..i didn't know why it was there--I discarded that. That wasn't my witch tho..just a stick! I don't understand it.
Also my pots from last year are missing. I've been very ill and not able to sit up and play--that's why I didn't notice them missing. I had all of them except the Stump. Bummed out.

Discarding a stick would not show as harvesting a scarecrow in your News feed. You must have harvested a completed scarecrow, and as your witch is gone at the same time and you aren't saying you harvested a different scarecrow, it must have been the witch. You may just have clicked the wrong link and not noticed.

As for the pots, if you earned them, stored them and did not discard them over the year, they should be in your storage still. They should be near the top, after your food plates and any winter calendar and summer challenge pots you may have. If they are definitely not in storage, all you can do is contact Support using the link at the bottom of any page, and explain what's happened and ask them to investigate - they may be able to check things we can't.

Thanks, I figured that nothing could be done. It surely was a stick that I threw away...I'm having serious trouble with my Mac, so maybe the rest of the witch hadn't "loaded"- shown up yet.

Discarding a stick shows as "removed a scarecrow" in the News feed. Yours says "harvested a scarecrow" as you can still see in the News feed, so it had to be a completed Scarecrow. I'm sorry, but you must have accidentally harvested your witch. You can see the difference in the messages in my News feed right now, I've tested this out to be certain.

Sorry, hadn't seen your last post. If your computer is not displaying things correctly that's quite possibly the main problem here. Try clearing your cache and cookies.

Just to clarify for Janet, if you click on harvest the scarecrow, it harvests the scarecrow and leaves you with an empty stick to start again. You must have accidentally clicked on harvest instead of send to storage, hence why you had a stick in your garden which you discarded. Hope that makes sense.
