If you have had your garden frozen at all this will delay it from fruiting when you were expecting

Thank you for your prompt reply. I have not had my garden frozen at all during this period. In fact I hardly ever freeze my garden. This is why I cannot understand why this is happening as it has never happened before.

The only way it can have happened is if you've had your garden frozen, or you didn't dust the plant as far as you thought you had.

Honestly, I have not had my garden frozen in the past 2 weeks. If and when I do freeze my garden, which is very rarely, I do so only for about an hour or two. As for dusting it fully; when I had stopped dusting it came up with the message that it would be fully grown in approximately 4 days. The same as with the other cactus I have in my garden now. And also the option to dust it further was no longer there and only the option to remove it was there, as you can see. It has been like that for the past 4 days.

I meant to say earlier/yesterday that the message I got after I fruit dusted the cactus was that it would be " RFH in 4 days" - not "Fully Grown". But it does not matter now anyway. I am just having fun with the Pandas. Just wasted my diamond and fruit dust. Only a game so no problem.

I think the percentage thing can be tricky. I rather go by the time left.

(not sure if you know this, if you do disregard ):

Hover your mouse over the plant to bring up the pop up
Now hover your mouse over the percentage symbol
You can now see in hours mins how long your plant has left until Ready For Harvest.

I must admit to not really liking growing the cacti, having to catch them flowering to harvest can be a pain in the rear.

Don't forget you can also ask the fairyland team if you believe something is off in your garden. Click the contact us link at the bottom of any page and pop off an email to them.

Hi Nicole. Thank you.  Yes, I did contact the team via email on Tuesday night but had not had a reply as yet by the time I went to bed last night (Wednesday) and nothing had changed. I know that I did everything right, because as soon as I planted the Cactus, I diamond dusted it till it was fully grown, then fruit dusted it, and the message came up saying that it would be RFH within 4 days. lol. I am still waiting. It says that it will now be ready in 10 hours and 20 minutes; making it nearly 6 days after FD-ing it.
It was slightly off putting to be told that the only way the delay could have occurred was if I had not Fruit Dusted correctly or had frozen my garden after I had already made it clear about what I had done.  I needed that Cactus to be RFH earlier so that I could plant the last cactus to attract the last few wildlife to finish my current quest. Anyway I am going to be busy for the next couple of days so not sure I can do anything now apart from attracting more Pandas and Gorillas. :) Thank you for trying to help.

They can take a little while to get back to you.

I don't think anybody was implying that you were not telling the truth, just that that would be the reason for this happening usually if there wasn't a glitch.

All you can do is wait for f/land support to get back to you, sorry it is taking a while.
