Have your contacted FL Support? I know they can't always help with removed flowers, but maybe they would be able to take pity on you and restore the flower?

I'm working on passing level 10, and of course that means I need all seasons of the Carmena Aviflora. After harvesting the summer one, I expected to get the autumn one, but have the spring green one instead. Do I just ignore it because they don't necessarily appear in order?

The colour you get is random. But you can change it with sparkle dust.

The order of change is winter, spring, summer, autumn - so blue, green, yellow, red.

No. You can plant them any time, and change the colour as you wish. The "season" is just part of the name, it doesn't need to be harvested in season.

It won't change colour on its own, you have to use sparkle dust.

if you hover your mouse over the plant it will show you various options, one of which is to sparkle dust it to change the colour - do that (as Tracey said) and you can harvest the correct colour :D
