The flying the nest quest includes cuckoos if you want to attract them. All chicks from the Chicks section of the Wildlife guide count. Good luck getting the birds nesting and completing their tasks :)

These are the chicks that count for the Flying the Nest quest:
bee eater, chaffinch, crane, kingfisher, nightingale, oriole, singing bush lark, woodpecker, yellow wagtail, blue jay, chickadee, jackdaw, magpie, cuckoo, roadrunner, waxwing, and wren.

When you have a quest active you can click on the greyed out boxes and you'll see a list of what will contribute towards the quest
