We haven't got any plans although may go along to look for a new sofa sometime over the weekend . The one we have is a recliner it's seen better days but is so comfy and I do enjoy an evening snooze on it lol.!
Sending you lots of positive thoughts in building your confidence up walking.
My friend has MS and sadly had a fall and broke her hip (in Feb) she says her physio has been so good in helping her to.build her confidence again .

araid i not doing soo well myself as i am having a hard job going to sleep at the momentmy PTSD has rturned where i keep going into bad dreams again even after waking and go back into it when i go back to sleep.i find listning to clsical music helps if i leave it on when i do go to sleep. anyway i got through it in the past. love and HUGS to you and the family JOHN XXX 💖🌹
