(Release of liability) You have the buyer fill out one side and all the of the vehicle info. Price, miles, buyer then you fill out the owner seller info. You send it or drop it by dmv along with 3.00 they record it and poof it’s out of your name and transfers everything over. Plates are by county too. For our boat the fees go to the area you boat in too. Strange to actually have a say in something!
