Sometimes the neverending rat race we call life. We forget the most important. "ONESELF". We get warn down, sick, out of sorts. It's important to hold on to ourselves. Be falling and going out for the count.

Are we fated to suffer in this life? (A nature stage of depression.) Begin Now to ask those hard questions. "How much suffering can one endure? How long should we suffer? How should we suffer? Should we suffer alone?" Asking yourself questions like this ahead of time. It should help ease the process of one suffering. Every person will come up with different answers. There is NO right or wrong answers here. Just hold on to the ones that ring "TRUE" to you, not Right.

¿Estamos destinados a sufrir en esta vida? (Una etapa natural de la depresión). Comience ahora a hacer esas preguntas difíciles. "¿Cuánto sufrimiento puede uno soportar? ¿Cuánto tiempo debemos sufrir? ¿Cómo debemos sufrir? ¿Deberíamos sufrir solos?" Hágase preguntas como esta antes de tiempo. Debería ayudar a aliviar el proceso de un sufrimiento. Cada persona tendrá respuestas diferentes. NO hay respuestas correctas

Remain peaceful & careful among the thorns. Consider which problems are not spiritual. Not all problems can be solved spiritually. IE Need to see a doctor or needing affectionate. Take it easy as you solve your problems and remain at peace.

Being comfortable with who we are down to our naked skin and loving ourselves still. (Estar cómodos con lo que somos hasta nuestra piel desnuda y amarnos a nosotros mismos todavía.) Instead of hiding behind filters. En lugar de esconderse detrás de filtros(I'm guilty of it to.) (Soy culpable de ello). Love yourself before any partner can. (Ámate a ti mismo antes que cualquier pareja.)
