I don't think that they check...just look to see if any ads. I posted one time wanting help as all the ads were outdated...and my post was removed. Kind of irked me because I had just helped out a number of people with their asks.

Unfortunately...if there is even one garden advertising what you are looking for...the request for help is eliminated. I found that out myself. There were old postings that were no longer valid...but there were ads just the same...so my post was removed. And unfortunately, too, people advertise their birdbaths as a source of a particular bird.

Badger was one of the requested critters so a good choice. My most popular...the one that was used up the fastest was the pink winged unicorn.

Thanks for posting that you will be a helper of those doing topiaries. When I finished I canvassed a number of fairies still doing them to find out what ones were the ones that they most wanted and trimmed up the three that were most frequently mentioned...and fortunately I had pots with them first on the lineup. I shunted them in and out of the greenhouse when asked...until finally they were really to go kaput and then ripped them out. I did find...that it could upset the equalibrium a bit because if they found in mine...they were not spotting for people who were doing the trails. So, I found that I would check the wildlife tabs and if there were gardens advertising...then I would refer to them. It can be a nightmare too...because if you have a good setup...you are asked over and over and can't do what you want to do with your own garden. I had lineups sometimes for topiaries...all were good and waited while the others had their turns. I think that sometimes people forget that you have five days to trim, attract and spot. It doesn't have to be immediate.
