A while ago I parted ways with a friend and told him to “have a good day”
He replied, “have a day!”
Initially, I was confused, but he explained that his son often had tough days and that the expectation of having a “good” day was a lot of pressure.....
This got me thinking about the power of our language, the phrases we say, and how they impact others.  Not every day is a good day. Some days are frustrating or hard or full of joy and excitement.  And some days have all of that mixed into one. 
So feel your feelings, and HAVE A DAY!
