Thats a good idea having a turkey to carry you through the week. Very warming too with a casserole. I was going to make a stew but it has turned mild again here although wet and windy. I love a casserole in cold weather.
It is a cheese night tonight, just using up what I have in fridge. My sister gave me a gift pack cheese at xmas which comes from the island of Majorca in the Med. It has a dip too. I think I have tried it many years ago when I went there but I did not like it then, so lets hope my tastebuds have changed. It has a sauce dip with it! I will rustle something cheesy up tonight with a baked potato in its jacket.
I am glad that quest is finished, it was so hard to spot a baby red squirrel after getting swooped on one (I could have finished in 4hrs and not the 18hrs it took after!).
So few doing just reds, everyone is piling in the grey squirrel gardens looking for albinos & blacks!!
I am tired now, I will make tea and think what to do next. Have a good day hun Xx

Hi Cat. I hope you had a good day, thats Monday out of the way. Are you having a nice dinner tonight? I had home made chips, fried egg and tinned spaghetti, reminded me of what my mum sometimes dished us kids up when we got in from school, it was lovely.
I just popped in to see how I can set up for a baby delivery and then carry on to wait for another M&B to finish my quest, plus I may do an extra baby too to bank another M&B for another time.
I did want twins with this one but I cannot be sure if can manage it without losing extra 'wanted\greenhouse' plants. So sitting here with my ever faithful pen and notebook!
