A glitch maybe I have seen other's saying it has happened to them as well, I would say report it to support, but they are not always helpful when it comes to this sort of thing, well done at least your got one so finger's crossed for your last one

Aye it can be frustrating the hunting end of it for sure, it's 1.41 in the morning here so it will get quieter in the next couple of hr's, it's been on and of quiet in mine most of the day as people are out chasing flowers for vases lol, sometimes it's about timing with them, Janet's food is about ready, and the sf in mine should be ready in about 30 mins on one of the plates, so maybe have a try and fingers crossed, I will have the woodie for a few days as my husband will be doing them soon, so it will be here for a time
