Hi Judy, thanks for the GD. Yes its good we share the cooking. But our taste rarely coincides lol. . You are pretty much the same mindset as myself. I dont use a lot of cheese in my cooking , as good lacto free ones for flavour and cooking are hard to find. Hubby can eat any cheese so when l cook cheese dishes l divide the dish or use a divider dish which is much easier. Its a lot of faffing though lol. . Ham Salad tonight for me, l like that now and then dont you . Stews are a lot of prep but once done its a relaxing time while it cooks. xxx
